Over the past eleven years, Ari has led global, custom research and analysis efforts for Cisco thought leadership, marketing, branding, product development, sales and customer satisfaction. Previously he held roles in the telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing and Internet fields, where he designed and implemented research programs in support of market development, new product development, customer satisfaction and loyalty, corporate positioning and brand.

When he is not busy crunching numbers and fielding surveys, Ari likes to work on his house, watch movies and travel (though not necessarily in that order).
